Our contact form is powered by Fluent Forms, which securely stores submissions on our website. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is handled through Meta’s WhatsApp service, subject to their own privacy policy. We may use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to understand general website traffic. If we adopt tools that collect personal data (such as Google Analytics), we will update this policy to reflect that.

How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and project details only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver your project, and meet any reasonable business or accounting requirements — after which we remove it.
