Privacy Policy – SAJ Creative

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This policy explains what personal information SAJ Creative collects, how we use it and your rights.

Who we are
SAJ Creative is a design studio run by Sajeesh Soman, based in Chadderton, Oldham, UK. We are responsible for your personal data. Contact: contact@sajcreative.co.uk · 07760 158792.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us through a website form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we collect your name, email, phone number and project details.

Advertising cookies (only if you accept). If you arrive from one of our Google ads and click Accept on our cookie banner, Google Ads cookies record that you came from an ad and whether you then sent an enquiry. If you click Reject, these cookies are not set. Even if you reject advertising cookies, Google may still receive limited, cookieless information (such as whether an ad was clicked and whether a visit occurred) to measure ad performance in aggregate.

Calls from our ads. If you call us using a number shown in a Google ad, Google records call details such as the time, the length of the call and the caller’s area code, so we can see which ads lead to calls.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it and why we’re allowed to
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver our design services. The legal basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we only use your data in ways you would reasonably expect and that do not override your rights.

To measure which of our ads bring enquiries, only with your consent (advertising cookies).

To keep business and accounting records, where the law requires it.

We never sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Third-party services we use
Hostinger: website hosting and email.
Fluent Forms: our contact form, with submissions stored on our website.
Google Ads: advertising and conversion measurement. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
WhatsApp (Meta): if you message us on WhatsApp, subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Some of these providers, including Google and Meta, may process data outside the UK. When they do, they use recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Cookies
Our site uses essential cookies needed for it to work. On our advertising landing page we also use optional Google Ads cookies, but only if you click Accept. These can last up to 90 days, and Google may also set its own cookies (see Google’s policy above). Your cookie choice is saved in your browser. To change it, clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again.

How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and project details only as long as we need to reply to you, deliver your project and meet accounting requirements (usually up to 6 years for financial records). After that we delete them. Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time. Email contact@sajcreative.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
