Yes — the Starter Package works as a one-off. Pay once, get 6 posts and a Reel with captions, and use them over the next couple of weeks. If you're happy with the work, you can carry on monthly or upgrade to the Business Package. No pressure either way.

Yes — captions are included with both packages. We write them based on your business, services and any promotions you have coming up. You review and approve everything before it goes anywhere, and you can ask us to tweak the tone or wording at any point.

No filming needed. The Reel is a branded motion graphics video — bold text animations, your brand colours and a clear message, typically 15–30 seconds. It looks professional and performs well on Instagram and Facebook without you needing to appear on camera or record anything.

Not necessarily. On the Business Package, content planning is included — we'll put together a monthly content plan based on your business and any upcoming events or promotions, and you just approve it. On the Starter Package, a rough idea of what you'd like to cover helps, but we're happy to suggest ideas if you're not sure where to start.

No minimum contract on either plan. Monthly plans are rolling — cancel or pause anytime with one month's notice. The Starter Package can also be used as a one-off with no ongoing commitment at all.

We send everything over for your review before anything is posted. You can approve it, request changes, or hold it until you're ready. Nothing goes live without your sign-off. We typically deliver the month's content in one batch so you can review at your own pace.
