Terms & Conditions – Saj Creative
Welcome to Saj Creative. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
- Services Provided: We offer graphic design, web design, branding, and related creative services. All projects are subject to a written agreement.
- Project Process: After receiving an enquiry, we discuss the project scope and requirements with the client, either remotely via email, messaging, or in person. A quote or invoice will then be issued. A deposit of 50% is required to commence work, unless otherwise agreed by Saj Creative. Upon completion and approval of revisions, the remaining balance is due before final delivery.
- Deposits & Payment: The standard deposit is 50% of the total project fee. Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and approval.
- Revisions: Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Scope of Work: Deliverables and project details are defined in the project agreement. Any work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
- Refunds & Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after work has begun may incur additional charges based on the work completed.
- Intellectual Property: All designs remain the property of Saj Creative until full payment is received. After full payment, rights are transferred to the client.
- Liability: Saj Creative is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
